Circ8 Class

Circ8 classes are aimed at adults over the age of 16 with a learning disability, who would like to improve and maintain their general health and wellbeing, increase their physical activity levels and attend an exercise class on a regular basis.

Attendees should be able to mobilise with or without assistance, be able to participate in a group activity with the appropriate level of support and who are unable to attend a mainstream exercise class.
